During that time, Tara was there for us every step of the way. When we decided to go with a new build (and we were still living out of the area) Tara made weekly visits (sometimes twice weekly) to the house, sending us pictures and videos, and helping us negotiate customizations with the builder. I was grateful for her thoughtful and honest feedback when we did multiple walk throughs prior to close and so appreciated her attention to detail and guidance with navigating the build and the purchase!

Tara was great the whole way through. She took care of so many details for us, so we could focus more on our move and our new house. She always kept us "in the loop," and she offered sound advice when needed.

The first night we called her she stepped out of a family member’s dinner to speak to us for the first time. On several occasions Tara spoke with us in the wee hours of the morning if we discovered a new listing. That says everything in itself! We were a bit gun-shy when we first met her. Our home had been listed with another agent for over four months, and we were quite disappointed in our results. But from the moment we first met Tara, until the sale was closed, she instilled us with a great sense of confidence. She has a positive attitude and was always willing to go the extra mile.
